Its a good point, but based on the above photo, this wont be the issue for this case. Photo shows Pins 26-28 on both sides having nothing connected to them.
To clarify the specific issue youre...

Take some pics of the rear of the cab with the door open. Monitor chassis will be the circuit board with wires etc connecting to the tube. There will usually be a steel cage containing this circuit...
From memory, these use an AC brick which should note 100-240v. If thats correct, then a step down wouldnt be needed - just a travel adapter from say officeworks.
The top floor of Market City had a cool arcade. Was Galaxy world once, then Playtime, now being rebranded to Timezone, but unfortunately its closed for refurb and wont be reopened until early July

Yep, as Narf said, if pin 27 parts or solder side are grounded, it causes issues. It basically makes button 6 permanently active and causes these multi boards to s**t themselves in the menus. Its...
My lai cab has the AC earth going into Fg on psu. Then from that same fg psu terminal it has 2 wires branching out. One to the foot of the psu and one to a pole on the power distribution steel...
First image in first post was for 26" LAI cabs. Thats the one SNES emailed me. Pm me your email and ill fwd
Holy-SNES sent me a scan before. Its a multi part RAR file, I think about close to 60MB. Will ask his permission if I can forward on the e-mail.

Welcome. I dont think Raiden would suit if intending to continue using street fighter, as its a north-south game (monitor would need rotating)
Ok, so when you check, can you confirm the dip switches and wiring are as below:
JAMMA pin 16 top side = Coin up 1
This wire I imagine would be going to the Normally open pin on the micro switch...
Good news dude!
Regarding your coin setup:
So your cab is running two coin mechs from what youve said / what i can see in the photos.
Youre saying left one takes 20c only an right one takes $1...

"player 1 is constantly jumping"
Couple of queries:
- Whilst your old PCB had graphical issues, did it exhibit the same behaviour?
- You mentioned it says OFF in test menu - this is the...
id chuck in another board, and if shaky, try a minor adjustment on horizontal hold on the monitor chassis. if still craphouse, Jomac time.
Edit- guys what would cause the bottom to flare out....
5.1 is good with load
Once you get a good board, the good thing about Street Fighter 2 PCBs, if you go into the service menu, there is also a colour palette. You can use it to adjust brightness, R...
You are best to connect the PCB board and test voltages from that end , so its tested with load. Ideally youd want 5v, even 5.1 is fine at the game board.
In any case, I wouldnt think voltage...
I need to do the same for tmnt and turtles in time. Not sure what to do with the 3p and 4p harnesses though. Run a second pair or manually move them over when i change game with a switcher.
man.. and 4 player version too.
Looks like you'll be up for another game board at least
Generally the cost to get someone to look at a game board and repair it, wouldnt be worth investing toward a bootleg board of street fighter...
Mate, if you really want an Astro and have no desire for anything that needs VGA 31k etc, then the Astro is perfect!
Quite easily my favourite candy
The best part is they are inexpensive to...
Awesome game too. Hope it works
Once that shields off, youll easily see the anode cup to be able to discharge it against that main steel frame.
With astro, to remove the chassis and tube as one is a bit of work and heavy in...
Yep you need to do it via the access panel on the rear of the cab. A bit of a tight space on the Astro 1's to get it out of the access panel , but youll get it out :D
A couple of screws to remove...
