Australian standard mains plugs are all 10A. So unless you're using your C14 to power a 15A clothes dryer or a 20A stove, you'll be fine.

Super Sprint uses a combination of 256 and 512's.
You can find them on eBay. Just search 27C256 and 27C512. Or someone here might have some on hand they can sell you.

If the tube and chassis are fine, all that's left is the PSU, wiring and game board.
I'd be checking your wiring and connector next. 1V drop is a big drop for a standard board. That, and missing...

Hmm, its just very strange that both boards are missing colours given that they were working recently. The odds of two working boards both contracting the exact same fault within a span of a week or...

I'd be cleaning the boards edge pins, and also double checking your cabinet connector that the pins grip firmly, and that you've lined it up correctly.

Yes, no, who knows! These CP's are all interchangeable. This is a later revision cabinet, not the early one that LAI released with MK. LAI made this cabinet at the time MK II was out. They could have...

I believe this was the cabinet LAI used for MK II not MK. MK II had the Raiden art on the side, whereas MK had Cage art and a longer header. I also think this came out with a 26" monitor but not 100%...

This is where I use machine pin strips over sockets. So many boards I've repair where someone has tried to remove and solder in a socket, and so many times they go ahead and pop one in even with pads...

With everything you've done, the only thing left is really the convergence rings.

Could just be the tube. You probably wouldn't notice it in a stand alone cab, but side by side you'll always see a difference.

I just booted my board without this IC and it doesn't replicate your issue, only affects the red.
As your board was working prior, I'd suggest looking over the entirety of the board to see if you've...

I think pin 1 went to a solder point to the right of it. But if it's going to the neighbouring IC then that point was in-between them so it should be connected.

    EDIT: I forgot I took a pic...

I checked mine and all pins are used.
I'm assuming you're only checking the underside of the board. Traces run on the top side also.

I would once again remove the chips you replaced and start over, checking every trace to make sure they're connected.
Check the pad where the trade meets. I'm assuming you socketed the chip, and...

Tracing it back on my board, red goes through 2 resistors and a resistor pack. Prior to this, it outputs from pin 2 of the 174 at IC154. Probe pin 3 of this which is the input. It there's activity on...

I once had a Xain'd Sleena bootleg with a strange fault. When you got to the planet select screen, there was no ship to move, or planets to select. It continued the music to the end of the track and...

So the connector he broke was the connector for the GnG adaptor, not the actual cab connector.

I just checked all of my GnG bootlegs and pins 25/C and 22/Z and bridged on the underside. So the 12V can go to either one. I'm assuming your board will be the same.

Those aren't even worth trying to fix. Your game board works, and you've got yourself another working A board so I wouldn't bother.

When you say 'A board' you're talking about the bottom board right?
You haven't said if it works on the other A board.
