  1. Hi everyone,

    I've had a ton of people message me regarding where I got my replacement Artwork from, answer is I redesigned it all myself from scratch.

    It is all available on one of my sites, https://ddr.syndicateofgamers.com

    Images are in industry accepted print format, scaled precisely, and test printed by 10 different users.

    I do plan to complete what is missing when I have the time.

    The material I used on my machine is insanely expensive, I was lucky enough to know the guys really well, and didn't have to pay for anything.  they wouldn't tell me how much, but for the printing I did, I believe id be looking at close to the $1k mark, but this stuff they assured me has been tested outside over YEARS. it doesn't fade, shrivel, unstick, nothing.  And if you ever want to remove it, it peels off smoothly and in one piece.

    Following is available:

    - Screen Decal (for both CRT as well as LCD replacement)
    - Control Panel Decals
    - Replacement Arrow Panels
    - Dance Pad Corner and Side Decals

    Following are almost complete:

    - Side cabinet artwork*
    * I need some measurements from someone to complete these now that i no longer have a cabinet

    Following are coming when they are done
    - Full Marquee Collection
    - Cardboard instructions from side of screen

  2. Hey Guys,

    This one kinda hurts as I spent years hunting around for one of these machines.

    Machine was originally owned and operated at Intencity (i think it was called Intencity) outside Village Cinemas in Sunshine Plaza VIC.  I purchased this from Highway Entertainment back in 2018, and it has lived in my second lounge next to a couple of other arcades.

    I'm selling this as I have just sold my house and am moving at the end of the month.  Space is the main issue, and even though new place is about 50% bigger, I just think i could do more with the space.  If I dont sell it, I do have the option of moving it to the garage as i have a large 3 car garage at the new place, but to be frank, if i dont have to move it, its a win!

    Originally purchased in as is condition, and put a fair bit of work into it.

    * Upgraded drive to DVD-ROM
    * Replaced several dead sensors
    * cleaned out all pads (I had never seen so much filth in my life.)
    * Redesigned all the artwork from scratch myself and had it all professionally printed in special vinyl material that will never peel, dull or fade (about $1k in printing)

    Comes with the following:

    * 2 x Original Marquees - DDR Xtreme and DDR Extreme Plus
    * Spare used working sensors
    * Full marquee header with working lights, and speakers. (dichroics upgraded to LED)
    * 1 or 2 spare reprints of all decals (except the angled side cabinet decals, i hadnt finished redesigning them)
    - from memory there are: 3 spare screen decals, 3 spare control panel decals, 8 pink arrow decals reverse printed on adhesive, 8 blue arrow decals reverse printed on adhesive, dance pad side and rear decals.

    The dance pad decals are still the originals, but i have 2 full printed sets (enough for 2 x 2 player cabinets) that are specially printed on adhesive side and can be stuck to new acrylic panels or 2 existing ones after they've been stripped.

    Running flawlessly on original Bemani 573 hardware, all amps, subs, lights, speakers, fully working.  Original CRT screen still running flawlessly with great geometry and convergence.

    I had a lot of reservations about it originally as I like to keep everything original, but it is now running DDR Xtreme Pro with Clarity V2, which is basically stock DDR Xtreme, but adds a new timing tier beyond perfect that comes up as Marvelous.  Pretty sure it can be disabled from the service menu.  I could have sworn though to be fair that there is a hell of a lot more songs on it then i remember!

    Comes with Superdisc which will allow you to install any other DDR  version you want, though youd have to be crazy to go with any other version.

    The bad:

    My sister in law broke 2 of the neon tubes under two different dance arrows.  They still light up as there is still one working one in each.  I wasnt too fussed as i was planning to change them over to LED, but even if you replaced them with neon ones they are quite cheap.
    Also, the hose between the pads and the cabinet is not in great shape 🙂

    * PLEASE NOTE SOME OF THE PICS MAY BE WITH THE OLD FADED MARQUEE THAT WAS REMOVED.

    TLDR?  Selling DDR Xtreme

    Asking $6,500

    I MAY consider some trades, or trades and cash, so feel free to hit me up.

  3. im in the same situation, yatonarcade.com has a few sets, there's one set on ebay as well but its costly with no keys.

    I'd seen the ones on yaton arcade. I just bit the bullet and bought the 50usd set with no keys.. Very questionable shopping experience. Kept causing errors when i was going through checkout whilst trying to pay through the AsiaPay payment portal, no other paymnt option. Couldnt even create and save my order.

    I messaged him on facebook, he asked me to give him a link to the item i was after, and pay the money to his paypal. he confirmed 10min later that he had the money and asked for my address for shipping.

    as it stands i just blindly gave some dude 50usd, have no email record of purchase, just basically ordered the part through facebook lol

    Sorry to hijack your thread @MegaIndo what am I looking at for 2 x keys shipped to AU?

  4. damn it if only you were in melb.... would have grabbed it... i have a specific requirement at the momoent that this would suit perfectly. I got excited when you said Garden City as there is Garden City less than 5 minutes where i work in port melbourne.
