  1. These got capacitors on them? Think I solved a similar issue by clipping 1 leg Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  2. You still chasing a control panel. Pretty sure I got 1. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  3. Was talking to Tony at pinball shed somewhere in the last 12 months. He had 1. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  4. With my BOX method Id look at 38. You also mentioned spinner issues so look at 37 and 29. I'd be cautiously replacing diodes to rule them out. You should be able to duplicate issues in Switch test?!?!? Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  5. I'd maybe replace the diode on the switchs as Autosteve suggested. Start with 39 and see what happens. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  6. I need to do the upper mini flippers on my Genie. Is this pretty much the same kit I need? Scotto Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  7. Reckon I had a similar issue ages ago on my TFTC or JP. Have a read about the Solid State Flipper Board. I think my weakish flipper related to a worn out fuse clip. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  8. So no playfield coils? I'd suspect a fuse has blown. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  9. Hi all First time trying to sort out classic Bally Lamp Driver issues. Got some 2n5060 ready to drop in. Just trying to find a MCR106 substitute at my local Jaycar. Will this do the job? https://www.jaycar.com.au/c106d1-400v-4a-scr/p/ZX7006 https://www.jaycar.com.au/c106d1-400v-4a-scr/p/ZX7006 Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  10. I'd be checking the Power Supply. Check and reseat connectors. Has the Power Supply been rebuilt? If not it'll need it. I've had sound dropouts due to weak fuse clips on the Power Supply. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  11. Very Jelly! Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  12. Check switch 6 on the coin door. The open door in test mode might mean that the switch/wiring isnt being messed with so you cant duplicate issues. Seems that all switches you mention are in rows 1 2 and 3. Check 54 as its the corner of the box. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  13. What switch numbers are you talking about? Can u produce the funny stuff in switch test mode? Try and narrow it down if you can. I'm not promoting random part replacement but I had a similar thing that was a little inconsistent on a DE machine. I ended up replacing some switch diodes just to rule them out and finally found a dodgy diode. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  14. How'd you get on? Get it sorted? Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  15. My JP and TFTC were both a little wonky. I glued toothpicks in and chiseled them off. Screw goes in nice and tight. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
