  1. Hi Tony, Not sure whether you can buy the plastics any more. I have this capture from the Pinball Recue website which may be of use if making your own plastics. CLASSY BOWLER PLAYFIELD PLASTICS.pdf
  2. Thought I have seen this plug before. Round earth Vs standard flat. Could be Australian 240V. Heres a link.... https://www.yunhuanelectric.com/Australian-round-pin-power-cords.html
  3. Great story Tony. What is the name of the machine?
  4. Smoking was easy for me to give up after specialists found I had lung cancer back in mid 2019. Made sense to stop the habit after 12 weeks of chemo and 25 hits of radiotherapy.
  5. I had this juke many years ago and sold it. At the time I had the CD player fail and repaired a number of times. In the end I converted it to play music from a ipod. Could not find any service manual, however there is a parts manual on this site, plus other information on the CD player. https://www.flippers.com/wurlitzr.html
  6. Check this YouTube video where the optic sensors are used.
  7. Tony, have you seen the one on ebay. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/125467780757?hash=item1d36766695:g:OcUAAOSwyKJi8vqU&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAAoHqeat7TKQDx5kKbgH1jMOLn%2BVygJ6UNb3MlsVyOvMJllPBZt4BAOTLDN8PjZVBCPNlL5O2ROfFM%2F162eE5VV6EeR4CHSvMmotxpM5oEvxFTphujS9qNqUkyGP27dTi9Xw9sSUZeK6Nt05wYXqdoK0Okvk236ZkCsoYTwX5mE8ENZ1zDl%2F8OlOAbWzmbQP4xaRZePb8OAGmewzJPHEjs%2FwM%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR-Sn05uvYQ I do have one which is in a 'Spirit of 76', I use this machine for donor parts. It is missing the armature and a repair job has been made on one males jones plug. Greg
  8. I have recently purchased a VP from the below company and am very happy with the overall build quality. I had custom artwork applied to the cabinet. The business owner was good to work with. He may be able to put together a package for you which meet your requirements. https://mygamesroom.com.au/product/shop/arcade-machines/pinball-machines/marvel-vs-dc-virtual-pinball-machine-premium/
  9. Thanks for the feedback. I knew I was getting a HD screen and happy with the resolution on most games. Included in the $6K was applying custom artwork. Being the premium model, all features are included. A locked HD is of no concern me and I understand the manufacturers reasons behind this. (Stops owners with limited computer knowledge from messing up the operation system / settings). If something goes wrong computer wise I will seek the manufactures help / advise. I'm confident I can repair or replace most of other equipment installed myself. If not I will seek the advise from others on this forum or other resources. I already have a few EM and SS machines and no room for any more, or $$ to buy 100's of machines. Seeing what materials and labour which goes into putting this VP package together, in my opinion it is good value for $$. PS. My grandkids love the machine as well.
  10. I hate hearing stories like yours and understand how frustrating it would be for you and how cautious you will be in buying another VP from another maker. I recently purchased a new VP from a company called 'My Games Room' in NSW. I am not making any recommendations here, only wanting to say that I purchased it in September this year and am very happy with the overall cabinet and system build, and received good value for money. (Around $6K plus $400 freight to QLD) Before purchasing I did some research on line on other makers of VP machines. however decided to contact Anthony the owner of 'My Games Room'. He gave me honest answers to all of my questions. He also put together some custom artwork and emailed system technical specs (Not seen on the website). The main screen is a 49" HD (Not 4K) and I was surprised the cabinet is a full size wide body cabinet. I asked if I could load any new tables and how I would address any future computer issues. He told me the system was a 'Closed' system and if any changes or issues the computer itself would need to be sent to him to work on. While I have not opened the machine, I have recorded a video of the internal layout on my mobile phone, to be familiar with what makes the machine tick internally. Up till now I have seen that a small percentage of the 1000+ tables are not great visually, however very happy with most of what I have played so far. I have noticed the flipper lag does vary from one game to another, and is something I did expect, and of no real concern for me. Might be worth having a chat with Anthony and get some further info from him. GT
  11. Not sure if this is what you are looking for. https://nvram.weebly.com/bally--32--50.html
  12. Finally received my LE translight (Transitions from B&W to Colour) which I ordered over 3 months ago from a maker in Poland. I have installed and I am very happy with this mod version. Also mounted /installed an acrylic topper which I purchased.
  13. Good to see another EM bought back to life Tony. Would be great to have the space for more EM's titles my collection. I recently purchased a Virtual Pinball machine and while not the same experience as real tables, it does give you the ability to a least play many EM tables which you would not have had the opportunity see and play. The VP does have the Domino table and I played a game on it this morning after checking it was available. Here a pic of the VP table.
  14. There are others 3D printing these and I only made a couple as a project. I 3D printed in 3 parts as in photo to get a better result. Base and cover can be screwed to cabinet and cover can be glued on. Also printed a chimes box as an experiment/ project. Also 3D printed in 3 parts and assembled. Did install in a machine and it sounds OK, however not the same as an original box tones. Send me a PM and I will post one of the switch covers , no charge.
  15. Good to see you back restoring the EM's Tony. Machine looks great ! I have no plans on EM's restoring for a while, however still like following all on the activity on this forum. Decided to get into 3D printing which I find very interesting. I have a file and have printed the Gottlieb power cover you have shown, along with alot of other things. Bought a Munsters premium NIB title a couple of years ago, and just purchased a virtual pinball which have always been interested in.
  16. Hi Tony, Not sure if your still looking ? I sold you the 'Spot Pool" a few years ago. Please see the link to the IPDB website. I had the listing placed on the site and still have the machine. The playfield was missing the target bank, however did manage to find one. In need of a full restore. Let me know if any interest. https://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=5964

  19. With an interest in everything EM, I visit this site everyday for any talk on EM pinball. Thanks Trav for your work over the years !! The new Invision site looks to be quite user friendly as mentioned by others. Hope the transition to the new site goes smoothly.
