  1. Hi I have the same jukebox and am in the process of fixing it. There are several potential reasons for why your title pages aren't turning. The fact that they will lower but not lift would indicate that the problem may be the 28vdc title page motor is not receiving enough volts to power it fully. It should be receiving 26 to 28 volts. Before you start disassembling anything I would recommend that you get the voltage checked on the two wires that connect to the title page motor. You only need a multimeter. You will need to have the title page assembly in the jukebox and unplug the two wires that connect to the title page motor. Connect the two leads from the multi meter to the to wires that go to the motor. With the power on get someone to push the button to activate the page turning mechanism. The multi meter should briefly jump to 26 to 28 volts. Mine only jumped to 9 volts when it did the same as yours after working well for a year since I acquired it. If the voltage is correct the problem will be the motor. If the voltage is low, the problem will be the power supply getting to the motor. A person who has reasonable knowledge to check the voltage can start at the motor and work back to the ccc attached to the power supply, where the ribbon lead connects to the title page circuit board located close to the title page motor. I found that I had 26 volts getting to the circuit board but only 9 volts coming out the other side to the motor. This is not enough power to lift the pages. If it is the circuit board, you won't need to fit the motor as it won't be the problem. I have been chasing a circuit board for months now. In the end mine is in being repaired at Wackets at new lampton near Newcastle NSW. It needed a new chip that drives the motor and a resistor to be replaced. If it is the power, I would contact Wackets as they will know what to do after working on mine. I am waiting to pick it up. If you do need to disassemble your title page assembly you will need the manual. I have disassembled and reassembled mine and I have a good mechanical mind but still found the manual a bit confusing. Let me know if I can answer anything else. There could be damaged teeth on some of the cogs but based on my experience and the fact that yours can lower but is weak lifting I don't think it's a mechanical issue but a power issue. Regards Stephen
