Hi there guys
Data seems to be in a continual loop where he says
"Readings indicate lock it lit Sir"
And the lock 1,2 or 3 lit flashes up during the ball
I've run a test and no switches seem to be coming up with errors
Was wondering what I can do too try to diagnose the error of if anyone knows how to fix that?

Being a relative noob to the repair side of things.... I've finally started to get a very brief grip of the diagnosis and problem solving of switch issues and errors...
But not enough thanks can be given to the guidance of 2 great blokes ... @robm and @AlexMc multiple txts and phone condos later.... problems solved....
for now!!!!!!

Awesome!!!!! Inspirational to tidy up mine as well now

Gday guys ... just need a little bit of info regarding LED strip lighting / El wire and even adding a new light bulb to darker areas of the playfield
How do you go about sourcing the power for these additions?
Do you splice into an existing lighting power source (2 wires) or run fresh wires back to main board?
Just trying to figure out the most safe way to ensure the pinball and user are protected firstly and not run any risk of creating shorts etc
Thanks in advance (a very new member to this world so apologise for the noob status of the question)

Bit of advice... the steel ramps leading to the plastic ramps have a few spots of rust ... whats the best way to remove and then is there anything we can do to prevent them rusting again...
Would spray painting them be worth the effort?

Had a few ideas and decided to cover the bland grey plastic of the ships inside the play field . i
Now I just gotta get that LH cannon find home and opto switch issue.... steep learning curve on this pin for a first time owner

The yellow-grey ..violet one i think should be the right hand ramp entry light ...but another wire is feeding that .... think someone didnt like to follow the wiring matrix for some reason

Found the wires
Not sure why the hell there is even a switch here on the exit of the SUPER VUK in the corner ...previous owner has wired the right entrance wires too this switch for some reason
Do have a purple and and a yellow-grey wire floating around now for some reason

Strange one this... i have a missing wire for the right hand ramp entry switch
It was there im sure when i got the pinball... but would pulling the playfield in/out cause the wore the break loose and disappear into the unknown?
For the life of me i cant find it anywhere lol
If worse comes to worst....
Is it simply a matter of replacing the wire? If that is done
.. where does this wire track down and attach too from the switch? Ive never had to replace a full wire before and am a novice willing to learn the hard way
