    Easiest way to tell if it's the board is to turn up the sound and put a credit up press start and listen if the game runs, if it doesn't it's either the board or power supply, check all the voltages on the power supply with a meter. If it's not that and you hear the game run ite the shitty old monitor Lai use to use. Regards Tony hope this helps.
