I think I have settled on ARpiCADE. Funny thing is it says that it is made in Australia, but I cannot find it for sale in Australia. It is not cheap, but as long as it works OK, I don't mind.

Hi, No takers as yet. I would need to check on the courier fees as the computer is quite heavy and comes in it's own purpose built box, but I think it would in the region of $50. I added the monitor later which is why it was just the machine initially. It does come with Windows 10 Home on USB. The serial number on the USB has never been used as I have Windows 10 Pro on it. I haven't even opened the monitor box but I have never had an issue with Samsung monitors. I can also swap out the 1TB hard drive for a 2TB WD Black drive as part of the package if you like.
