  1. I think your right, the inserts seem to be unique to that game so it appears to be a misprint. I'd check the serial number and compare it to those on IPDB and see if it's an early game run that they later corrected?
  2. Played an LE last weekend. This is an awesome game. First thing I noticed was while the promo playfield pics of the game suggested that the layout is rather non-tradition and unorthodox, the game itself is really sweet to play. It has some traditional shots but the new stuff just seems to work too. For example while Baby Yoda looks to just take up space at the back of the game in pictures, it is actually raised off the playfield and has an orbit around it as well a ramp running over it. The mini playfield is a cool feature and can run during multiballs, but it is also played solo at times allowing a break from the main game, mixing-up the gameplay in a positive way. As you imagine it starts off easy and climbs as difficulty increases as well as the number of shots to be made. This will be a challenge to master. The mini-playfield and the Beskar armor/foundry reminded me a little of premium/LE GoT mini-playfield and Lanister gold, except both are much better here. As if Dwight has fine tuned them and put them on steroids. This game is a winner, buyers must be happy. I'm keen to play it again.
  3. So we know the market is hot right now and this title *should* increase in value in the 2nd hand market (like all other NIB atm) BUT if there is ten coming to Australia, who is going to buy this for more than 28k+ 2nd hand? I know there are a lot of people with deep pockets in the hobby atm, but you'd think that they aren't stupid enough to be caught with a 15k game @28k, and the higher the price the smaller the 2nd hand market for it. We're not the USA pinball market after all.
  4. It is almost required by JJP to increase their price after Stern did it, as JJP seem to market themselves as a "premium" alternative to Stern. Can't give the impression to be a premium product if your the same price as your "cheaper" competitor. The market price is inflating so much at the moment.
  5. No doubt the secondhand/market price for this machine will increase. Just like all limited pinball machines ATM, and it's only going to get worse in the near future. This video explains why, just think pinball instead or watches or cars. To run home the point being made in this video you need to look no further than the Mandalorian pinball. AMD's allotment of LEs are based on how much they sell of the previous title, as an incentive from Stern for AMD to push product. So AMD's Mandalorian LE allotment would of been based on the amount of Led Zeppelins they sold. Of course Led Zeppelin was not a big seller, so AMD only got a small allotment of Mandalorian LEs, and to keep the regular buyers happy they were offered them first, despite others showing their interest in the title earlier. Remember people getting upset that they missed out even though they rang through to AMD the minute the title was announced (or even before)? These LEs are meant to sell the cheaper product, in pinball that means the premium and pros. Look at the people who still order a premium even though they wanted and missed out on a LE, happens with most popular titles. It will happen again with Back to the Future. And it is all based on the perceived value and all still a bit wanky.
  6. And it's not like the premium armour is not powder coated either, it's just powder coated a different colour; black. Oh, it has a shooter rod too, just not as "fancy". It's all about the precieved value of these things atm. Your paying 15k to have a "rare" or "special" title, definately not for 15k worth of extras. Bit of a wank really.
  7. So anyone know when the next container of GnR is expected to OZ? I'm guessing another 6 months?? :unsure
  8. If anyone is interested in Back to the Future or Godzilla, it may pay off to put your name down now lol... 🤣
  9. Game count means nothing as the game counter can be reset on most machines. Visual inspection is king. In general for me: Playfield > Backglass (if not a translite) > Cabinet quality, then the rest (most of which is then replaceable).
  10. Will be interesting to see how long it takes for them to start getting the pins off the line and shipped. Seems like the most common hurdle for pinball manufactures both new and old (thinking JJP GnR). Think this should sell really well, which may mean they get hammered by orders.
  11. I'd guess the Aussie CEs are built and, like people have already said, they are waiting for the OZ LEs to be built so a container can be filled and sent. Those LEs will take a while I reckon, as JJP seem to be building about 50 a week. A 40' container will need almost 60 LEs. Unless they only make OZ bound pins for a week, or already have LEs stockpilled (doubtful), it could be months away. Happy to be wrong though.
  12. Word on Pinside is LE orders are expected to ship again in early April. Seems CEs have been on the line since January. Three months for 500 CEs gives people some idea how long the wait will be for the LEs. Day 1 orders are still being filled.
  13. If your at the bottom of the list I imagine the wait will be 12 months plus... ...if JJP keep at the rate they are going now...
  14. Feature list is up on AMDs website now. The LE not yet being sold out speaks volumes for this release...
