  1. Nothing new that I can add that hasn’t been said already, other than we’ll miss you buddy. Attended several Melbourne meets with Matt, including here at my place. RIP and condolences to family and friends. Way too young - under 50 I believe?
  2. Hey Dave, hope you’re all well. Wondering if we’ll ever get back to a form of ‘normal’ to allow for meets. We gotta be a little careful with Shazz’s vulnerabilities, but have avoided the spicy cough so far!
  3. Thanks all for the birthday messages! I’ve found that I’m not here very often as it went very quiet over the COVID era. Maybe this is changing now? Hope we can get back to some Vic meets in the not to distant future.
  4. Hi Budgie, wondering if this is still available? Looking for something like this for a friend who’s 14 year old is just getting into arcades. Happy to pay asking price and pick up if available. Thanks, Mike.
  5. Thanks Doug! Whereabouts is Jason? Happy to travel, just not sure. I’m also only 10 minutes away from PSPA if that helps? Im certainly pushing for space - removed the rubber feet from the leveller. I’ll try taking out the leveller but it’s now more of an angle issue unless I can get under the beam. Cheers, Mike.

  7. Hi all, Trying to set up pins where head room is an issue, I have a beam just in the wrong spot where the backbox needs to go. This is a TZ so 28.5 inch legs. ill try attach a pic or two of the issue. i believe there are 27 inch legs available - maybe Gottliebs? Would anyone local have any I could borrow to test? The machine can be played but is limited to 4.5 degree playfield incline due to location. It works but plays very slowly. Cheers, Mike.
  8. So sorry to hear this news. A top bloke who would help anyone with no thought of himself. @Fairground Shazz and I are thinking of you Alison :cry
  9. I’d like the System 11 lockdown bar if still available? PM sent.
  10. That table is awesome Glenn. Is it something you made or bought? I’m just finishing off a new space that needs a couple of these for drinks.
  11. Do we know how many made it to Australia? And in what format?
  12. Hi all, Iso lockdown special! Set of sideart for Scared Stiff by Pinball Portugal. I bought these a few years ago but ended up going with a Tilt Graphic Set instead. I thought the theme just worked better on my pin. These are 3 piece, so there’s a matching piece for the rear panel. Great quality and super glossy. I have their set on my Theatre of Magic and it’s awesome. Dont mind the rolling in the pics. This is how they’re posted. I fitted my TOM set after minimal straightening and they haven’t moved or come unstuck at all. These are available from Pinballpt on eBay for around $120 Oz dollars plus shipping of around $25. Iso special of $100 posted anywhere in Oz. Mike.
  13. Hmmmm... i wonder if there was a change in production? My original manual shows 2 leaf switches on the right side flipper assembly, with just one on the left. But, I can see any sign of wiring for this switch, so you may well be correct.
  14. Damn! Where the hell did the switch go? :lol Thanks for that. I’ll check the wire colours and search the loom. Probably some cut ends somewhere. Correction, more cut ends.......
  15. So, for someone who has an at-risk partner, and also manages an essential community service, where does your conscience lie? i take both of these roles very seriously. I’m aiming to have most of my office team able to work remotely by the end of the week, but there’s also 80 field staff attending older, vulnerable people in their homes every day. I’m hoping to be able to work from home some of the time from next week, and a couple of office staff would prefer to keep going in, which should be fine unless we have an incident that requires a lockdown. We have implemented a minimum 2 metres between staff, but the field staff do still need to come in occasionally. I’m also copping a lot of pressure from the in-laws to stay at home and isolate, to take care of my partner. Easier for them now that they are retired.... i am pretty much travelling in my car alone to work and back, and only stopping for essentials. And practicing social distancing and hand sanitising etc. Anyway, just having a vent where I can..... its been a long week of 12 hour days. Not expecting any answers!
