  1. lol - - - Updated - - - That would be a nice thing to do..... - - - Updated - - - Now i want them to call again, when im here......LOL
  2. LOL!! Far out i wish i took the call - - - Updated - - - That is gold!! - - - Updated - - - OK, it says "press play on tape"
  3. I mean i have heard of people saying they are from Microsoft and saying you have a problem with your computer just not a different company!! I wish i was home and took the call, i would have played her really well. He said that she sounded like she was calling from thailand or something (she had an asian accent) Oh well to many scammers these days :(
  4. G'day i'm probably slow on this. Last night we recieved a call from a "private" number and there was nobody there, nothing new just assumed it was a charity or something with an auto dialer. Today my dad recieved a call on the same line from a "private" number, this time there was a lady with an accent telling him to turn on his computer as there was a problem with it, it was already on, obviously he didn't tell her that.......he asked where she was calling from and she named a company but he can't remember the company she said! I asked if she said Microsoft and he said it wasn't Microsoft but cant rememberthe name she gave. He then pressed her "how do you know there is a problem with my computer", she then hung up! WTF is this about?
  5. I will get some pics up when i can mate, thanks for your help. I cant however use spacers with longer bolts or it sits too high for the glass at the front of the cab!!! The screen i have to replace it is out of a 51cm panasonic TV, i mean i would have to cut a bit away to make it fit but nothing outrageous!! As i said the biggest problem will be removing the rails underneath the mounting, i really cant figure it out with causing cosmetic damage, which i am not prepared to do!! Thanks again mate!
  6. I like toy hunters, i just wish it was an hour show! - - - Updated - - - There is an Aussie pickers marathon on right now! Goes until 6:30pm
  7. The rails underneath are the problem as they are flush against the inside walls of the cab! And the nails go sideways into the cab walls not up/down.
  8. I have a Panasonic 51cm tube from a TV Joey has made me up a Uni Chassis to suite. Go to fit it and the tube is too big (not by much) to fit the old wooden mounting surround! OK so my plan is to remove the surround and enlarge it to fit the new tube, my problem is the wooden mount doesnt seem to be easily removed there are screws on the wooden rails underneath but they also seem to be nailed? Has anybody removed one before and how did you go about it?' Sorry i guess i should mention it is an LAI 4 slot, it had an Orion tube Thanks
  9. G'day guys, just picked up a new machine, 26" Raiden Fighters, will be mamed. Happy New Year.
  10. So a screwdriver with a wider head might be the go then! Thanks Womble i'll try it.
  11. G'day all I have a street fighter 2 world warrior board that i am going to try and fix. It will randomly reset. I am going to pull all the rom chips and clean the legs (i hear bad connections with these can cause this sort of problem?) there are also a couple of solder points which may be dry and i'll give them a re-flow as well. My question really is, because these roms are packed fairly close to each other, do you guys and girls know of an easy way to remove them, i have tried a fairly small flat-head but they just seem too close to get right underneath them. Any tips or tricks would be really appreciated.
  12. So you have original chipped xboxes for sale? I would be interested in one? how do i go about it?
  13. Thanks Brendan, that would be great mate! I'll give you a buzz on the weekend. Thanks again.
