  1. What area of NSW are you in? I am guessing if I wanted to, I could swap out the Pandora for a PC running MAME in the Killer unit.
  2. It looks to be failing to load, but not going to link mode. I have no way of telling what might be causing it to not launch, but if you launch into link mode, you get a screen where it waits for the other machine and will tell you that this machine is either a master or slave while it waits.
  3. I get where you're coming from, but I do think their recreations are extremely well done.
  4. I have reason to believe one of these will be available to play at the Hoey Moey Pinball Festival in April.
  5. Are these as simple as screw in, plug in, ready to go?
  6. Two differences I can see between the images that work and the images that don't which indicate a potential change however I don't know how/if it matters. Your photos that work have been uploaded with the name screenshot followed by other generated number and things. The ones that don't work are IMG_ with some numbers. To me, this kind of says that things are being done differently somehow. The other little thing I notice is that the ones that work are .jpg where the ones that don't are .jpeg although that in itself shouldn't matter as they are the same file format. Does the site generally work with .jpeg files as opposed to .jpg? I'll test an image with both in this post and see if it matters. Edit... nope the jpg jpeg thing doesn't matter. I'd have been more surprised if it did as it's an old Windows problem that should no longer really exist.
  7. I'm a fan of this game. I played one at Pinfest last year and it's very cool. Just another one to add to my list of if I had some money I'd buy this.
  8. I hope for your sake it turns out to be ok. The specs you shared are on the lean side. I would still be surprised if they aren't exactly what I was referring to. I hope for your sake that you are happy with it but I'll build my own (again). Buying virtual pinball cabs with games included is very frowned upon within the VP community and actually means many of the VP community won't help you out if you need it.
  9. I'd never heard of them. Looked them up. It looks like a pretty standard cheaply made Chinese unit. Be very careful as many of these are the reason that Virtual Pinball gets a bad name with flipper lag and poor performance. These units often have a hard drive in them that can't be updated and have a heap of old versions of games. I would want to know a lot more about them before I was persuaded to even think about getting one. They don't even list any computer specifications which usually means it's very poor.
  10. This is what Jersey Jack had to say about his visit to Pinfest.
