  1. Hey Dragonlee, How much for the run and gun 2 only?
  2. What about those smalll Dino Kings cabs, do they ever pop up in Australia?
  3. Thank you so much. I feel better going ahead now, I'll have a look at using the OSD mux.
  4. Thanks for your help but I'm afraid it's a little out of my depth. If it was a unit similar to others that have been done I'd have a little to go off but i can't even find a proper schematic or TV manual. I have this for my IC but i'm not even sure if i'm on the right track. Looks like it's a 9" pvm for $200 for me
  5. Definitely TA8844N I'm not even sure yet if it's mod-able but i did find a schematic of the IC at least, just can't find one that's not small and blurry
  6. Haha and I've been waiting on the guy to message me back, I lost hope for it a few days ago though. Have fun with it. The Panasonic is a 25" (got it wrong before) TC-25V35A Chassis C150A Been all over the shmups thread on modding, getting my head around it but not sure how far i can go as i can't find a service manual. I've had the back off but haven't fully taken out the boards yet to see what it has. Thought i could see a toshiba jungle ic TA8844N but it might be something else.
  7. Done many RGB mods buttersoft? I had never seen it before so thanks for the info. I have a nice 24" Panasonic that is only composite so it's something i'm looking into now. I don't need a professional setup so if it works out it will be perfect.
  8. Hi everyone, looking for a surveillance monitor with bnc rgb input to make a little supergun testing area. Open on sizes, from 9" through to 15"+. Hard to work out prices when i do find them, 9" PVM are around $150 on eBay but trying not spend too much if possible. Anyone know a good place to source these? Like the look of the PVM monitors by Sony, came across a TVS surveillance monitor on gumtree which is also nice but not sure if it's still for sale. Thanks.
  9. Wow this is absolutely amazing. A lot of time and effort into that collection.
  10. Thanks. I'd really love to get another one, It's getting pretty full now but I need to sort out some acrylic risers to utilize the space first. The lighting was just a quick job with the "Arlec LED Puck Light Kit" from Bunnings LINK. Each round LED is taped under the shelf and then individually ran up through that top hole and down to the switch. It would be a lot cleaner if there was only one cord coming out but it's pretty effective for a 5 minute job.
  11. Never had a game gear before and they sparked my interest. Bought two from eBay that weren't working in hopes to change the capacitors, the day I pick them up from the post office I see a fully working game gear in the original box + columns at my local pawn shop for the same price as one of my non working units. Ordered replacement screen bezels already and I'm yet to clean them up.
  12. Surely someone would want the coin slot, instruction card, glass and clips. Even the locking latches and hinge looks the same as my Astro. I've only seen the glass on Yahoo auctions so save those and the silver retainers. I'll take the two coin slots if you're trashing.
  13. Looks good, I'm used to such deeper cabs though so it just seems so unstable to me. I just fit a cased computer tower in my mame cabinet but it would be a waste of space if you're running a pi.
