  1. I've got a blank one here, however you'd need to paint/cover it and also look at getting the locking arms welded on the bottom. I've also got a couple of 2p ones already pre-drilled for 3 buttons per player (with the LAI branding on them) - but assuming you're chasing 6 per player, yeah? If the blank one's of use, happy to sling it your way for $20+post.
  2. I'm down Kingston way. Will PM you and see what we can tee up!
  3. They're such an uncommon beast down here, but a surprising following all the same. I went from trying to find one to landing my +2, then got this and an empty shell that I'd later put my Speccy Next mainboard into. The Next is my 'daily driver' so to speak, and despite being a C64 boy through and through, I find myself enjoying the system quite a bit
  4. Two routes: a) Get an old VCR that has RF in and HDMI/Component out and use that. Results will vary, but won't be amazing. b) Look up one of the Composite or RGB mods for the 2600 and go that route. Again, you may find the results will vary but it'll likely be a better result overall.
  5. NLA - Found a supplier of the bleeper and will be replacing it before re-listing it. (Although at this point I've probably spent more on fixing it up than it was worth.. hahaha) --- ZX Spectrum 48k Issue 3 PCB with modern 9v (centre -ve tip) PSU. Has been composite modded, with a vLA82 and modern Upper RAM board installed, as well as a new keyboard membrane. Tested and works great with one exception - the bleeper does not work, but audio works great through the EAR socket to the audio in on the TV. Condition wise the shell is in good shape, with a small bit of fading on the ZX Spectrum wording and the original metal keyboard cover has started lifting on the left side - replacements can be readily sourced from overseas. $200ono +post (Will be no more than $20 Australia-wide) or pickup from Hobart. (Will also include mono 3.5mm cable and RCA adapter. DivMMC and joystick are not included) (only selling as I've got a great condition +2 and a Speccy Next in a 48k shell, so this kind of ends up being excess to needs... and I've got arcade stuff to get fixed up 😅)
  6. Mac compact haul from a deceased estate down here last week. Pretty sure it's not blood on that Classic II, but it all scrubbed off ok either way so any crimes the departed committed are washed away safely! Turned up to get it as a couple of guys in full hazmat were bringing stuff out of a mould infested basement, so that was exciting. So far 3 of the compacts are working with zero battery leakage, but sadly the Performa is fully dead (scorch marks above the flyback running the length of the lead to the anode cap.. Fuse is ok, but zero life when powered on, not even an arc). The external colour monitor looks to be toast too (signs of what I think are burnt deflection coils and what I think are burn marks on the inside of the case above/around the anode cap), and the Classic II (the one covered in 'blood') had a battery bomb go off and completely cover the logic board in gunk. Still not a bad pickup as I've got two working Classics and an SE out of it, and as it had a heap of ADB keyboards amongst it too! inside of the Performa Colour monitor - Classic II battery bomb 😞
  7. Oh - think I answered this myself. Spotted the CH-250 in the last pic when I looked again this morning and found the attached in the wild. Every other number turned up basically nothing, so there you go! CH250-19.pdf
  8. Hey crew, I was given this Pentranic chassis & 68cm tube the other day but cannot find much info on it. Has a VGA connector and IEC plug for power, but can't see much else on what it supports etc etc... Anyone seen these before & know what they were used in, or where I could find out more details? Cheers!
  9. Who doesn't love finding bulk XB360 lots with (what looks to be never used!) Cave shooters buried amongst the WWE, FIFA and GTA games?
  10. I'm more curious as to what's hiding behind your hand 😅 Good luck with the sale!
  11. Is it legal in Australia to offer one's first born as trade? Asking for a friend 😅 But seriously dude - what a gorgeous piece of kit. glws!
  12. Oh it definitely works, as we had it running with a fairly horrible on-rails shooter at PAX for the first day. Swapped it out for an Intellivision for the rest of the weekend after no one really played it, and had a lady come up and unironically ask where it went as she was really excited to come back to play it 😅
