  1. There are some roms for 29B at here. http://arcarc.xmission.com/Test%20Equipment/DATA-IO/UNIPAK2B/
  2. I'm from Japan. Gitanes is my favorite cigarette.:D
  3. That's good!!:D I think following thread will help that.:) http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=122193&page=0&view=expanded&sb=5&o=&vc=1
  4. To compare JP roms, you should have to split each US roms data to even address data and odd address data before merging them. In fact, I've confirmed rom 6 data that you've attached is complete same as second 128k chunk of strider.08's odd address data. So, rom 5 data will be same as first 128k chunk of strider.08's odd address data.
  5. I think CRC mismatch is caused by the mismatch of EPROM device type. CAPCOM sometimes uses Non-JEDEC EPROMs (MBM27C1000,HN27C301,TC571001 etc.) that have different pinout from standard JEDEC EPROMs(27C010 etc.).
  6. Did you split US data into even & odd before split into 128k chunks? I think "strider.08" is as follows. even address data=ROM13+ROM14 odd addres data=ROM5+ROM6
  7. I think you can create "ROM5" from "strider.08" in US set. Read only the data on odd number address from "strider.08" and burn first 128k bytes of them. Before you burn, you should check what types of EPROMs are used. CAPCOM sometimes use Non JEDEC EPROM.
