francis
Signed up to your forum the other day and thought id say hello I love the whole retro thingie (I play my retros on the xbox and pda atm) Looking over the christmas break to start to assemble myself some arcadey goodness. I got three projects in mind but ill start off with an 'easy' mame upright. Still looking into the technology behind it all, its pretty complicated isnt it :) I am probably going to just buy an arcade cab and wack in one of those xx in 1 jamma boxes at the start. Then I want to make a driving sim/joystick box but that will be much more of a pc sim-ish cabinet than a retro box (id do mame but it dont support force feeback and I have some force feedback pc gear thats a shame to waste. Plus mechwarrior 2 and battlezone really always deserved a cabinet. This ill prolly build myself, as im after an mostly enclosed cab, with curtain. thirdly ill be doing a mame cocktail cabinet as ive always loved those :) Cheers!
