elvis
Yeah it's on Atomiswave (essentially a Dreamcast in a box with a cartridge slot for games) http://www.system16.com/hardware.php?id=812&gid=2529#2529 SNK/Playmore release all of their new games on this hardware. From memory I *think* there was an MS6 for a brief speil at Playtime in the Brisbane City, although I could be wrong. I know they have a few Atomis machines there, and rotate carts around. "Dolphin Blue" is another Metal Slug style game on the same hardware. I've not seen it anywhere in Australia though.
Berty
I've seen video's of it from AOU. It's REAL similar to the neo games but the atomiswave version zooms in on the action at times, similar to viewtiful jo when you slow down. But apart from the zooming, they have pretty much left the lo-res graphics style alone. An interesting fact about the A-wave is that becuase sammy has got such a bad wrap in the jap arcade market, all awave kits are now being sold by Sega. Once ths comes down in price, i'll be all ove it -like a monkey into a cupcake.
