maxpower
I got these on Friday from Ballarat. One is a Berserk with a Neo Geo single slot board & a Metal Slug 1 cartridge with a good label & serials. The other is a Tatio with a flying Shark pcb that doesn't work. I got the Berserk cab running by just checking the wiring and connecting a couple of wires that was off. The cab itself is rough so going to pull the arcade monitor out and put a 19" PC monitor in, a 48 in 1, new joysticks and tart it up and sell. I'll keep the Neo board as a spare and sell the cartridge. The Tatio has a black screen with white lines with or without a pcb in it. I have checked fuses, voltages & tried a power supply but it's still the same. Could it be chassis?? I have a new chassis that I might try next week. Hewitson
Would you consider selling the Flying Shark? When you say white lines, are they feint lines that run slightly diagonally across the screen? If so, these are called retrace lines and are caused by having the screen voltage too high. The pot for adjustment is on the flyback.

It's one of the best screens I've got now with great colors. The flying shark pcb doesn't work. When you plug it in the screen is white on one monitor & red on another. Someone told me it's a bootleg board.
