Fantastic backglass reprints

I've been following John Greatwich's work with a color span printer for a while now. He does full playfield and backglasses.

Take a look at this Paragon backglass in the making and end result!!

Amazing!

Yeah - I have put my hand up for a Seawitch glass, so I hope to see first hand how good they come out sometime in the future. He has offered to do it on perspex which would lower the risk and postage.

Just hoping for the Aussie dollar to get a bit stronger!

cheers

Ian

Perhaps a hint as to topic on RGP?

The topic name changes do a search on "andtrademarks" - It will pop up there

Ironically, it was simply a test of the capabilities of the direct ink process using a color span printer. Great news is that John will concentrate on Stern titles such as Nineball and Seawitch. Which will make a few members happy here - especially Seawitch.

Pity about the way great ideas like this seem to turn to s#it, but at least some of these classics will be able to be reproduced. No wonder there seems to be a ground swell of interest in the old Sterns etc - less drama!

i hope the fellow can do a deal with the licence holders. looks like a great technology and we all know there is a demand. sounds like he knows the cpr guys and they don't seem to have too much trouble getting licence approvals for what they do. hope a win/win is possible.

Don't forget the Gottliebs, Nick. PBR and Gottlieb LLC are very easy to work with.
