Heads up 2 arcade fighter ports are coming out tomorrow

these 2 ive been looking forward to also for about 6months so i expect big things first we have

 

KOF98:UM which is a rehash on the classic 98 but its 10 year anniversary edition which should be pretty good for a flogging. A remake of one of the most revered if not the most revered kof ever made.

 

Sengoku Basara X the combination of both Arc systems and Capcom where can ya go wrong. Expect a lot of dial a combo moves and pretty special effects and nice animations which pretty much make it a winner for all GG fans but as i am yet to play it i will hold no judgment as of yet.

Basara X is out on torrents already, i played it this arvo.....really fun game if you like the arc styled games. 98UM is gonna get bigger in the arcades after that comes out on ps2....because right now there aren't so many people playing it....not even in japan...which is a pity really.

well it should have been tomorrow didnt check any torrent sites. How was the gameplay guessing very GGish would have prefered it look like a arc game but play like a capcom game.

It really doesn't have any capcom in it at all...lol.....and it does play soooo much like a guilty gear game, like.....alot....but it's fun, i haven't gotten into it yet....will plug the ps2 in the cab tomorrow and have a play.

im hangin for 98UM - Basara X not so much - to much like GG for me.

 

saw the BX torrent - haven't seen 98UM tho.

 

also was reading SamSho V Special is coming in an upcoming compilation.

I'm buying 98UM for my collection....will download it as well, but yeah, that one will be a keeper :)

annnd....SCREEEEECHING f'n halt... :(

 

No SCART cable for my PS2 anymore since i hacked it up for a project a few months back. So i can't play in my cab.... *sigh* just ordered another one.

Not so good to see alot of these in there......They have really loosened up the gameplay in terms of combos......Not sure how this is going to effect matches with all those infinites in there.....
