nomis Posted November 15, 2007 Share Posted November 15, 2007 hay guys this is my first post iv been looking over the forum for some time, i bought (i know now that im a bad boy) a set of roms from a mame dvd seller, i got all of the dvds the guy offered i got laser dice games to, the only problem is i have no idea what laser dices are? i also got a set of CHD dices and again i have no idea what these are to? also when i go to play, say nfl blitz 2000 it doesnt work it just goes to load and then just stops and goes back to mame emulator any help would be awesome and any one in brisbane i can offer a lend of my dvds provided i get them back thanks heaps Simon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MrQuan Posted November 15, 2007 Share Posted November 15, 2007 Google lasers discs, or search wikipedia or something. They're basically like big-ass CDs, primarily used for video content. CHDs are HDD images. Some arcade games came out with HDDs. There could be lots of reasons why you MAME isn't working. If you use command prompt to run the games, it should give you some error message output (well it used to anyways). PS: Where are my manners?
