bobg
Hi Guys, Just wanted to start by saying the is one great site!! I stumbled across it by accident whilst researching trying to build my own arcade cabinet and am looking forward to contributing to this forum. I love the classic ( well late 80's early 90's) arcade games. I live in Sydney, my favourite emulators are winkawaks, zinc, zsnes, raine and m.a.m.e. I'm looking to set up a m.a.m.e cabinet for myself but to be honest I don't know where to start. I own an X-arcade 2 player joystick which I love, even if it is a bit overpriced...... any help or advice with getting setup with a cabinet will be VERY much appreciated. ok guys I'm off to read some more of this forum! bobg
Hey Virgil, sorry I'm a complete noob.... do you mean I should get an old existing cab, gut it out and convert it to a mame cabinet? rather than build a cabinet from scratch?? If so, where would you guys suggest I look for old cabinets, I'm located in Sydney. I've checked out ebay and the trading post...

elvis
This Cab Is For Sale If Anybody Wants It?? $300 Or $350 With Pcb Does it come with a coin mech? I would understand perfectly if it didn't, and you charged me through the arse for one. After all, as a home user why would I need one?
Super Moderator WOKA Posted September 4, 2006 Super Moderator Share Posted September 4, 2006 Elvis, Please - be nice to Joan. I think that because it has a concrete monitor warranty you would be well advised to seriously consider this cab. W.
