1066-in-1 horizontal pcb

Recommended Posts

I'll take two, maybe three. Seriously, PM me if you can hook me up with a couple at that price.

I have one in my cabinet, I'm having some issues with it at the moment, but when it's working it's great. I upgraded the CPU and stuck some more RAM in it. Before that MK2 was a little slugish, works find now.

I do have a couple of dislikes about it. It's slow to boot, be prepared to turn it on and come back in 5. Credits don't transfer back from a game, insert a few coins select a game, quit back to the menu and any credits are lost. Not a big issue if the plan to play free play, but I like to use credits as it makes me try harder in the games.

The vertical games have been streached to fit the Horizontal screen. Savage posted that he was able to disable the stretching, I haven't got around to it yet.

I find it odd some of the titles that they haven't included, no Ghost n Goblins, Wonderboy in Monsterland and a few others I have wanted to play, once again Savage has added games to the list and I plan to do the same as soon as I get some spare time :)

Yep and if I can remember was changing the ini file to enable triple buffering, or was that to disable it. It was one or the other which stop the tearing effect in the games.

I wonder if it's possible to change the software on some of these mamein1 pcbs?

Would be nice to run the software and frontend on a jamma pcb you wanted. Might be able to run other stuff too? PC games maybe?
