  3. Exciting night! Brad who works with Bill dropped it to me at 9pm tonight and we spent a couple good hours unboxing over a beer and having a game. Quality is second to none, really every component has been made with care and it looks and plays beautifully. Seriously stunning, and honors the game perfectly. We were oohing and saying damn that's nice, with every reveal. It's a massive undertaking to have made this to this standard. The new code is also a lot of fun from what I played of it. I've taken video footage but it's too late to put anything together now at midnight... Hopefully over the weekend. I'll just post a few pics tonight. Great job to Damien and the Haggis team. This sure is something else. Very cool. Can't wait to get it into the new house after we move next week. Straight to the pool room! 😁

  4. Guys, just chill for a second. We actually have a company here in OZ delivering a well put together game. Lets enjoy the ride without the petty number thingys.

  5. Great news Dave and happy to hear team haggis is on the ball. My point was lets celebrate an Oz manufacturer delivering a quality product made here in Oz and not overseas.

  7. Haggis never announced the names of the other titles. Publicly anyway, perhaps series ticket holders know. I suspect if they did, that information would have been out there in some fashion by now.

  11. Hi, that´s not a convergence issue but more likely a timing issue with your component signal or input. You didn´t mention what system is generating the signal, whether natively, modded or via some adaptor, what type of leads are being used or if equal length (if separate cables). A simple test would be to find an alternate component source such as a DVD player to see if the same occurs, to determine if the problem is the source or within the TV. Regards, John

  13. It's unfortunate that NIB games don't always work 100% out of the box from the manufacturer. Although it's always been an issue, which AMD attempt to correct as much as possible by opening each box, setting up each game and testing them prior to being sent to the buyers. Even this doesn't avoid every issue, as movement, vibration etc during transport can disrupt things. Which is why other distributors for decades haven't bothered and provided a service department/phone support. Unfortunately, regardless of the cost and shift in the targeted customers, if you can't fault find or aren't willing to learn, perhaps reconsider your chosen hobby or interest, unless you are prepared to pay someone to fix them. We all had to learn as we went over the years. I can remember the first backbox I opened and looked inside, a Bally Powerplay, I had no idea how to work out what was wrong with it, let alone repair it. Reading repair books & manuals, asking questions, trial and error were the first steps back then. Now there are guides and forums just like this one with many helpful members, even helpful YouTube videos. This hobby or interest has come a long way from the days of buying a used game direct from an operator.

  18. Was 171 your order or game number? They aren’t building them in game number. It’s from when they received your order. I paid in full 6 weeks ago and received an email the same day acknowledging payment.

  19. Looks great , although Im a little worried coz after paying in full weeks ago I have not heard or seen anything in the way of a reciept., even after asking by email for some acknowlegement of payment. Did anyone else get a reciept.?? Not really expecting the machine for a while as I was supposed to be machine 171 . Now after reading the 8 week thing Im not even sure why I was asked for bucks yet. But anyway it looks really nice. 👌

  25. 16.5k Fair dinkum thats a fair whack of the folding to fork out for a machine that you would expect being a brand new pin you should be able to assemble out of the box plug in switch on and play ive never had a new a pin n would find it extremely disheartning if i ever did buy a new pin only to find that i couldnt just play it straight up without having to fanny about with it first especially when if like me anything to techo is a struggle to understand these days

  31. There will be a button combo on the remote that allows you to access the service menu of the TV. You might be able to adjust this out using the pincushion setting in the service menu. However, messing around in service menus without knowing what you are doing can be a recipe for disaster.
