  • Greetings from Adelaide

    Hi everyone,
although I have played arcade games since I was a small boy, I've only recently purchased my first arcade cabinet, an OK Baby Candy Cab that I picked up from an estate auction.

    More details to come.

        Hi everyone,
I've attached some photos of my recent OK Baby candy cab purchase.

It would appear that the game in the cab was a touch screen multi game of some kind - it looks a bit dodgy and ran on a really old PC. I wouldn't deem it worth keeping.
You will note that the screen is much smaller than the available 28" - 29" monitor space, which is a bit disappointing, but I may be able to put the existing screen to some other uses and then find a suitable larger substitute.
The cabinet itself seems pretty solid, but filthy. Ripe for a tear down and a good painting.
The metal section for the controllers is underneath some ply wood and the vinyl covering (has no rust, looks quite good).

At this stage I'd say a MAME cab for the man cave would be a good outcome.

Any advice on where to source parts?
