Yeah I've got the same series in 32" as my desktop monitor and it is excellent, albeit "only" FHD rather that 4K. I bought 2 to use as playfield monitors in a couple of 3/4 sized cabs I was making and they were so good that I decided to keep one and order an extra!

It's a pity Philips stopped making them in 40".

      Yea there great
Think I killer my USB on motherboard so installing a ryzen 5 16gb ram and 256 M2 ssd
      Fresh install
And only add games one by one
Not go the greedy path and download everything I can
      The difference in 4k
      Only have a 1050ti
Have to save for a 1080

Try switching the resolution of your PF down to 2K and see if the 1050ti copes any better. You may need to massage the video settings on some of the beefier tables to get smooth running but it's better than "suffering" with 1080 whilst you wait for the slush fund to mature!!!!

Also, have you considered the GTX1660ti rather than a GTX1080? You'll get similar results at 4K for far less outlay.

personally massively prefer lower res and higher frequency for pc. Once you play games at 144fps 144hz+ can never go back
