Dirty Harry Playfield restore

Recommended Posts

This one took a lot more time than expected.

Almost the whole play field needed touching up of some type and there are lots of line work.

Glad it's almost done :)

Before (Actually I've started to sand it back in parts)

Nice work.

Could I suggest next time you reduce the image size, took a while to download. Did show nice detail though! :)

They are lol, Camera take 24 MP (full frame) I had resized these to 16mp. The forum usually then resizes again. But looks like since latest update it happens.

Man there is a lot of work in that one. Still a fair bit to go but it's looking great.

Fair bit to go?, this is close to as good as it gets, I spent over 14 hours on this sucker.

It's a matter of how far do you go? (and of course what the client wants and pays for)

Not much other cutting back some areas and polishing

Update, resizing photo's I realised some of the photos were;t in order had some "finished" photos that were actually what I started with. doh.

Thank god, thought their may have been something glaringly missed !...

I've resized the photos.

I may sand it down and give a final clear coat, I'm not one for sanding and buffing, it's a bit more expensive to clear coat again but in the end, takes less time to sand and buff.

Will see how it settles down during the week.
