  • Mezel Mods mirror blade protectors

    Hi all,

I am thinking of purchasing a set of mirror blade protectors from Mezel Mods to use on my Addams Family machine. Does anybody here use these protectors? https://mezelmods.com/products/pinba...ssembly-blades Also, what can I expect to pay in shipping, GST, duties etc?

    Cheers,
    Matthew

    Hi Matt

I use these all the time. All my games have mirrors or art blades so ensures they never get scratched. Well worth it for me.

        You can easily make them
From an laminated poster for instance
All you are creating is a buffer between playfield and blade

Shipping quotes from Mezel for just a set of those protectors:

I ordered from Mezel recently (about $130AU worth with shipping) and didn't have to pay any GST, duties, etc.
Eschew the standard. Turn the paradigm upside down.

I received the protectors from Mezel Mods today, I now have to pull my finger out and install the mirror blades so I can test the protectors

                      Cheers,

What material did you use for these and how did you crease the material?
