looking to buy a small form factor, must be a minimum of i5 or i7, and either has a slot and enough room for a Video card, or has a video card, ram 4gb or 8 gb

would prefer a hdd with windows but doesnt matter if it has a hdd or not, as i plan on using it for emulators
