For the Master System, I'd recommend MEKA (seeing as Mimic is no longer around, ahem).
...maybe, but then again "maybe" covers a lot of things, like: maybe Michael Jackson really is LaToya in drag, or maybe if Dorothy clicks her heels 3 times and says "There's no place like home" while she is at home, she would telefrag herself..." - MadMikeAU

For the master system I use Kega Fusion
It also runs Genesis/Mega drive games and Game Gear games
and has other features too numerous to mention.....Best Sega emulator ever

          Visual Boy Advanced for GBA

          VirtualNES fir the NES

                Hi,

                This might be of use:

                http://www.emulator-zone.com/

I found it useful trying to work out the better emulators out there.

                Cheers,

If you want mobile emulation on Linux I'd go for a GP2X + DrMDx. I've been playing Sonic and Lost Vikings, it works a treat!

Heres a quick and dirty guide

                  cheers
