Advice on fashioning a games family arcade cab

I'm about to embark on transforming my games family arcade cab onto a different version of mame. Any one know how i will map the jamma board to suit? I plan on reinstalling a new hard drive from scratch

You mean how to map the controls within MAME itself?

I've pretty much given up trying to install another version of mame on my games family machine. Being in chinese makes it hard and a 32 bit version of wolfmame wouldn't run. If i were to push on id install ather version of Windows on but I'm sure there's a whole bunch of drivers and software id need to get the jamma board recognized so not worth the effort. Thanks anyway
