A logic analyser is mostly useless for repairing arcade PCBs. You can check logic/ram/roms etc with common tools like a logic probe and eprom reader. If a custom chip is bad the logic analyser won't help you either. If there's a broken track, ditto. Waste of money, especially for arcade games that are mostly worthless anyway. And if you are trying to fix something expensive it will be more complicated than 99% of people could handle, so it's useless there too.

Then there's the issue of knowing how to use it.....
