  • Nintendo Playchoice 10

    Greetings Aussie Arcade Gurus!

I have a Nintendo playchoice 10 and would like to know how hard it would be to connect it to a jamma cabinet. The boards I have are pch1-04-cpu (with 10 games), 054-01FCC and 079-01-FCC (on the same metal piece that connects to the main board)

    FYI

    The games are mostly common...

    Rygar
    Contra
    Double Dragon
    Baseball
    Track and Field
    Rad Racer
    Super Mario 3
    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
    Mike Tyson's Punchout
    Pro Wrestling

    Regards,

    Thanks in advance,

Not as easy as you would think.

First you need the manual showing pinouts

Then you need one of two things.
    1. A monitor that can switch to positive sync (many have it but many dont as well)
    or
    2. A converter built into the harness

here but I am not 100% it will work on playchoice.

Apart from that its no problem

the other problem may be if it is a one monitor or two monitor board i am sure the serial no you have given probably delineates that however it is another concern.
