I have worked out costs and I will be selling the 054544 module for $66 AUD or $60 ex GST for those outside AU. I do not have final costs for the 054986A as yet, but it should be the same price or a couple of dollars cheaper.

Bugger, I realised after the manufacturing had started, that I made a mistake on the 054986A board. Have just fixed up those issues and have sent them off to be made.

First board assembled. Hoping to be able to install it into a board over the weekend and confirm everything is correct. If they are, then I will be able to start assembling them while I am waiting on the (corrected) 986A boards to arrive.

Some good news and some bad news. The good news is that the board is working in a board now and the bad news is that I messed up two tracks and routed them to the wrong pins. They had to be inside layer tracks as well, which made it hard to cut them and run a couple of jumper wires to confirm that was all that was wrong. But I have an Xmen 6 player board running on the bench at the moment and its working great. Very happy to see it working, just a shame that I need to get another lot of boards made with those couple of tracks corrected.
