  • Wiring Help: Decent Loom, Switches?

    Hey guys,

So I picked up this kit from eBay for my first project. Whole cab is done minus the controls. A few buttons didn't work after my first attempt but I wasn't too fussed. I was happy to keep at it until I got it wired correctly but upon attempting to remove the wires from the switches, I've had three wires pull out from the crimp. I wasn't tugging at the wire, either. I was either using my fingers or pliers on the actual crimp to attempt to pull it free from the switches.

Question today is can anyone recommend a decent loom or switches? I already have everything in the kit linked in the eBay link above minis some cables due to the above reason. Hopefully one that can be removed easily so I can have more attempts at wiring without rendering a big chunk of wire useless. I don't have a soldering iron to repair my currently broken wires.

    Cheers!
