Hi guys, great forum!

I have polished wooden floor boards in my house and need an easy way to move my pinballs around. Any simple solutions (apart from inviting friends/brothers around to help)?

Hi silver,

How many do you have? A pinball trolley may be a good investment if you have a few. If the only surface you are moving them across is polished floors then maybe get some of those plastic 'cups' for the leg levellers to sit in a put a few layers of thick felt underneath them. Put them under all 4 legs and then slide the machine to its new location.

Or you could always make your own - this guy's design looks really good: http://hem.bredband.net/b257182/pinballdolly.html

Another alternative is pinball skates, which Marco Specialties in the US sell. Have a look at http://www.marcospecialties.com/Itemdesc.asp?ic=PBS&eq=&Tp= . If you know someone that's handy with a welder you could make your own for about $50 in parts.

That's my 2 cents worth anyway.....

Cheers,
Chris

I bought a pinball trolley. I reckon it's the best $450 I ever spent. Not only do I use it for my pins, but also in lots of other heavy lifting applications.
