I am posting this for a fellow pinballer who doesn't have access to the interent. He has a Dr Who pinball with the mini playfield only moving a bit and then stops .:x So, the ball now hits the wood and not the 5 half gray circles targets. He has pulled the motor out a few times and it and the cogs looks fine. So he (and I) are at a lost as to why this is happening:unsure . Has anybody else experinced this problem?

He is now looking for the complete mini playfield assembly (or without the motor). Please let me know and the cost for it and I will pass the message onto him.

Make sure everything is clean (no grease), once cleaned then you can lube again but very lightly with a silicon grease. Disconnect motor and see if anything is preventing the playfield from moving up and down by hand. Last replace the motor, you can get them from http://www.pbresource.com/motor.html

good old dr who

first you need to put the machine in test and go to the mini playfield menu
test the motor first alot of the time the harness for the mini playfield gets pinched
