Was reading i pinball book and came across this title 'Snafu'.

Was wondering if the acronym has the same meaning on this pin??:unsure

The playfield on IPDB is snafu'ed :(

I've worked for two US-owned companies now. What's really funny is that "Snafu" to them is just a word meaning something that went wrong. I've heard it thrown around in board meetings where corporate bigwigs use it, not knowing where it came from.

The original acronym of course is "Situation Normal: All ****ed Up". But Americans and their love of acronyms forget these things. :)

My all time favourite is "BOHICA". It sums up the way big bastard corporates treat their employees:

"Bend Over, Here It Comes Again". :lol

Osprey publishing have this book on their lists. Have been meaning to "find" it on the net for ages. Should be an interesting read.
