I started this a couple of weeks ago and now the I coming to the end

I picked up a creature 4 years ago, it was a very solid machine
the cabinet had hand wear around the buttons but other wise was in good nick.
The playfield had scoop wear and a couple of the kiss inserts where lifting but it was fully mylared

The artwork and theme had always appealed to me and I had collected a pile of NOS parts knowing one day I would buy a creature

I wanted a mint keeper machine so when IPB announced new playfields I snapped one up also buying a new hologram.

With a house renovation then a house move creature was put into storage.
I pulled it out a year ago and was about to start only to find my NEW hologram
had turned red. Its FU#KED

I was gutted having spent $$$ on the hologram. So creature sat in storage for another year till, I finally got over the loss of the hologram and started the swap.

Sorry not many photos

Ive got the Ramps to install then cabinet touchup

Ive installed LEDs into the pops and will most like get the orbit pinball led backbox mod

When the dollar is better I'll buy all new ramps as well

hi Hamish
Looking good, did it take long to do the swap.

I wanted a mint keeper machine so when IPB announced new playfields I snapped one up also buying a new hologram.

When you did the playfield swap did you have any trouble with the new one lining up any holes and what will you replace the hologram with.

Will do mine one day,but just seeing if there any thing to watch out for.

cheers
Craig

it taken 2 weeks working a couple of hours most nights
Could do it in a weekend

swap took longer due to having to order some parts

Not sure what to do about the hologram I may end selling :088:

The playfeild holes are very close it was drimpled and drilled
unlike TAF which was missing loads of holes
Only issue I found was an extra hole drilled instead of a dimple on one of the VUK's
so it only has 3 screw holding at the moment
