Just thought I'd give Mike a big thumbs up for his latest hack for me.
Story goes there doesnt seem to be any official English release for Wonder boy Monsterland and the bootleg translation have the SEGA logo and copyright missing...Some people might go "So ****ing what?".. i belive its the little things that make a game special.
Basically in this task Mike got the Sega logo and copyright back and i reckon it looks fantastic.
Before in mame shot and after on my pcb.

Mike is currently looking into a tougher challenge which is making the williams Defender run on Defense command hardware...stay tuned.

Sega have to be one of my alltime favourite companies across any industry. Good on you Mike for fixing up the little things like this.

I sent quite a few documents that I scanned from an old school operator to the arcade archive. Most can be found on my website here:
www.poachersrope.co.uk/arcade/hacks/
I have all the roms for the hacks as well if anyone is interested in them. Personally the information is really handy if you are trying to restore a hacked pcb.

Someone put together a rom image for bobble bobble to make it bubble bobble as well.
