Ok, just wanted to know a little more about the 1000 in 1 units... Are the games exact copies, or are they compressed MAME style? Of those out there that own them, what are your opinions on the systems? MAME has always been fun but since buying a proper cabinet I've never looked back, just want to get a few peoples opinions before commiting to buying one... what are the pro's and con's??? :unsure

I like em, I don;t have the red box, as wanted one with more grunt.

Some will say the colours are washed out, but I;m yet to see this, mine is vibrant.

I've done a docco on hacking to add more games, mine is currently in my Hankin with only Cocktail games showing...

It's basically mame and final burn alpha, and some other emulator in on a Hacked version of Windows 2000...

For the price it's great...

Also the games are not compressed, they are dumps of the originals.

I love mine ! I have the 1069 in 1 in my Astro City cab !

For the most part the games run near perfect. MK ][, NBA jam and Narc run slow on the stock CPU and ram.

you can upgrade the CPU and the ram on the 1069 in 1 board to a 2.8ghz Celron CPU and 2 gig a ram if you like.

adding games is possible as well as mentioned. Currently up to 1088 on mine :)

I doubt they would, but do they list what extra games they have added?

The Pit??? Why?

Playing "The Pit" is like squeezing your nuts in a vice...It feels good when you stop.
