So far I have added a 48-1 board, new speaker, new buttons (however I am changing player 1 button to be illuminated), new marquee (from mamemarquees.com) & a CCFL light behind the marquee.

I still need to add a new joystick (I am removing the player 2 buttons and joystick), CPO, T-Moulding & cam locks.

There's not alot to be done but hey, its my first cabinet :)

Your cab looks pretty good, Iím doing the same with mine atm, coz itís my 1st cab I wanna fix up the simple stuff first. Iím hoping to install a Neo geo MVS in there sometime soon and get a few carts to swap around, it also came with a CPS-1 kick harness so an early Street Fighter game would go great in there to.

Here are a few pics of mine, before and after shots.
