I'm pretty sure that model is designed for sit-down/stool access.

Actually, I'm not sure. I found out the Sega models are adjustable for both. Dunno what the go is with these. I'm going to have to go check them out in person. :)

Doz, these cabs look great. Seimitsu sticks included as default! I'm impressed.

I still need a vertical cab for shmups. I wonder how I can sneak one of these past the missus...

So is it a sit down or a stand up ?

If it's the same dimensions as the original its stand up height but you get taller stools to sit at them.....well when i was in europe and they had those things all over the place they had stools everywhere i saw them.

If i didn't have 3 cabs already i'd snap one of these up, awesome price for a nice lookign cab.... so long as you could swap the chassis for a 31k one...

ive seen some around me home town of Adelaide they never had stools though but with big enough stools that could work.

The 31k bit is annoying... your right that would have to be found out.

Reason why i ask about if its sit down or stand up, is that both exist in the original genuine cab.

I dont see any reason why Jomac cant supply a 31K chassis... Wont add much to the price.
Also they are stand up just to clear that up....

Nice

As others have mentioned, there's plenty of room in the part at the bottom. You could go hardcore and put just a motherboard in there and not bother with a PC case too (that's how I built my cocktail MAME cab).

Heh. I can't use that excuse for much longer though. The deadline is coming up quick! :)

Cool.

For anyone chasing high stools, I got a pair of these stools (http://www.stickfreaks.com/images/stools.jpg) for about $20 each I think. They're about waist height (and I'm a pretty tall guy). The cabinet in that picture is about 190cm (6'2"), and the stools let you sit at it comfortably.

I got them from A-Mart furniture years back, but they're just shitty Chinese imports and everyone from Ikea to your local cheapy furniture place stock them.

Hi,
Just wondering what is required to connect these cabinets to a 1069-in-1 game boards from a place like Jammaboards? (Basically I would like the MK series of games as well as the ones on the other 1000-in-1 games that are around)

Are there other items required, connectors or power, etc?

Thanks!

I haven't looked at the board you're talking about but as long as it says it connects through a JAMMA conection then no, you shouldn't need anything else but this setup and the 1000-in-1.:)
