LAI Space Invaders PtII ROMs

Kaizen

Question

I've had this LAI Space Invaders PtII cabinet for about 12 months.

http://i1038.photobucket.com/albums/a462/Kaizen088/LAI%20Space%20Invaders/LAI%20Space%20Invaders%20Part%20II/_20%2011_zpszgisfru2.jpg

It played fine every time I switched it on.

When the game runs through the title screen it has the LAI branding.

Now that I can read 2708's I decided to pull the PCB and back up the ROMs before it's too late.

I know this is not in MAME so if someone has one of these cabs then the ROMs will be available if needed, I've also never seen this PCB before.

I've read any verified the game ROMs as they are socketed but the colour PROMs are soldered in, they have CV01 and CV02 written on them.

I took those from the sicv ROM file in MAME to complete the zip file but I'll remove and verify (confirm they are the same) them as well then update the file.

Both the zip I created and the individual .bin files are here:

The PCB is manufactured by Yamashita.

Got a photo of the LAI branding screen?

Just interested thats all. I have one the is branded Australian Diversified Industries.

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I spent a few minutes on this cab this morning and took a few pics, adjusted the monitor and played a few games.

I need to adjust a few volume pots to get them even but it all seems to be working and playing well.

Here's the shot of the title screen with the LAI Ind. branding.

Disregard my post, actually your dumps have been already added some days ago, here's the screenshot from MAME:

0000.png

Now they ask me if you can dump the BPROMs from this Space War.

Regarding your Ozma Wars, I'd appreciate if you could dump it as well (actually the BAD_DUMP reported in MAME regard the BPROMs)

That's great, cheers.

No problems, I'll take care of it tonight.
