So it begins - Evel Knievel resto

Recommended Posts

I bought a packet of mixed colours A4 from Office Works Jeff. Worked a treat.

Really looking forward to a game on this one Ed. Such an iconic game.

Yeah same. Have the colour paper medium for Bally but you can print the colour for Williams.

I'll only finish this to 95% , just so it's good to look at but unplayable, just for you Furbs.

If it ever cools down enough, I will get in the shed to finish up the playfield.

But for now, the cab is back all painted 2pack white.

Not perfect but better than it were.

Taking shape, the end product will look amazing!

What is your plan for this Edy... do you intend to move it on or are you going to hang onto it?

Cheers,

Vin

No, she's staying right next to playboy.

Not going anywhere.

Yes and no.

These sit next to the 5 LE Sterns.

They are so good to play though.

Sometimes the new Sterns provide the lighting while we play the Ballys.

Just ask @SwedishTaxi

Many a night spent flogging an old Bally in the Dedshed!

Still remember playing Lost World for hours, half the lights not working trying to remember what you think you've hit. The old Harlem has provided many a laugh/session too!

Posts and plastics all done, (except for the top2 corners)

Tweaked the flippers for better operation. Needed the plunger link drilled out as it was too tight and the new bushes need 2 or 3 mm taken off so the bats don't bind.

You need a 1mm washer on the shaft so the bats don't scrape. And then shave the bottom of the bush.

Now it's check all the switches and add inset leds to the underside.

While I'm at it, new pop bumper spoons.
